Our Personal Cross-Training services have been developed for one purpose….to help you set and reach your individual goals. We are not a health club, and you are not a number. Instead, we are a physical and mental training center designed to meet the unique needs of each person seeking to enhance life.

Although it seems obvious, the relationship of the body and mind has been overlooked and underappreciated for far too long. Regardless of your goal, a healthy combination of physical and mental conditioning will create more benefit towards reaching that outcome. However, it is often the case that one is valued more than the other in addressing life’s challenges.

For people seeking to lose weight, the focus is usually on the body or the diet…and not enough on the emotional and psychological roots of the weight gain.

For people seeking to overcome an emotional or behavioral setback, the focus often becomes fixed on the psychological origins or the problem….and not the value of physical exertion as a solution.

Our personal cross-training staff is trained and certified/licensed to offer you the physical and mental support necessary to assist you in optimizing your potential. We strictly and proudly follow a “strength-based” approach in all training sessions; one that empowers every client with the understanding that any goal is attainable, and that each person is worthy of such attainment.
