ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAMS 

 

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING - Program designed to help you set and achieve your personal goals. Includes functional movement and athletic assessment, program design, and one-on-one personalized attention.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING - (2-4 athletes per group) Train with your friends or let us pair you up with athletes of similar abilities and goals, while splitting the cost. Includes athletic assessment.

TEAM TRAINING (large group training) - (min. of 5 athletes) Train your whole team together or split them up by position.  Team training programs begin and end with a mini-combine athletic assessment.

MBX SPEED SCHOOL - Group program designed to increase and enhance speed, agility, power, flexibility, and conditioning for athletes of all sports.  Each semester starts and ends with a mini-combine style athletic assessment and athletic progress report. Classes are 2x per week for 4 weeks. Min of 5/max of 8 people. Athletes are broken up into 2 age groups (11-13 & 14+up).

PRE-SEASON SPORT SPECIFIC PREP - Group training program for your upcoming sport, whatever it may be. This program will prepare you for your upcoming season by focusing on specific skills and game simulating conditioning. This 8 week program runs quarterly (spring, summer, fall, and winter.)
